Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time begins once the order has been picked up by the carrier and varies by destination.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@piiq.ca as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@piiq.ca with your order number.
